Collaboration with Openhouse Magazine

Last February ENEA and the Openhouse magazine collaborated in a photo shoot in the magnificent Corberó house in Barcelona.

This house in the outskirts of Barcelona was built by the multifaceted artist Xavier Corberó, recently deceased and known for his sculptural work distributed in various museums around the world as well as for being the designer of the Barcelona ’92 Olympic Games medals. His house is a work carved in stone that began its construction 50 years ago. A home striking by its imposing arches of cement and glass.

In this magnificent location, Openhouse magazine took a photo session earlier this year as a base of the report on the sculptor and artist. An interview published in its 6th issue reflected the past and present of the sculptor. Through different photographs of furniture and lighting design of Spanish and international companies, made in an area with columns, one can appreciate the magnificence of Corberó’s work as well as the contemporary design that defines trends in the equipment of residential spaces , hospitality or contract spaces.

ENEA had the pleasure of collaborating in this photo shoot with its Lottus Conference chair. A chair designed for informal meeting spaces without losing the natural elegance for it has a high back, in birch or oak wood, and can be fully or partially upholstered.

The area of stone arches in Corberó house was the perfect location to immortalize the design of the pieces signed by ENEA, Zuzunaga, Lobster’s day, Marset, Teixidors, Carl Hansen, Thonet and USM.

Openhouse is a magazine published twice a year in which, through careful photography and interesting interviews, gastronomy, art and design activities are collected through the public and private spaces of people from all over the world.
