Lottus on the stage of the Basque Culinary Center

The academic institution of gastronomy organized the fourth edition of HOST on May 7 and 8

New needs, new technologies, new forms of consumption… This is what we must face every day. The designer of Enea, Manel Molina, has already talked about that in an interview with the Italian portal specializing in architecture and design, Archiproducts, during the last edition of Salone del Mobile in Milan: « Needs are very concrete, and while we are moving forward with our needs and lives, modern technology and sustainability requirements, we have to follow this trend, solving whatever issues may come up. « 

The world of cooking must also adapt to this kind of novelties and this is well known by the people of Basque Culinary Center, who demonstrated it with the celebration of the fourth edition of Host on May 7 and 8, called « Trends and innovation in the room and service ». In this way, the attendees were able to interact with professionals from the sector, who used Lottus stools and Lottus AL tables on the stage. This furniture was lent by Enea, as sponsor of the BCC, so the speakers could feel confortable during the talks.

This is not the first time that our products are located in this wonderful building, designed by VAUMM Architects, since the institution relies on us to furnish different spaces, such as the training rooms, the library or some common areas.
