Chair Bio

5R

The Bio chair with 5R base features a 5-star polished aluminium base with castors. It is available in a large number of finishes, including a polypropylene backrest with either a polypropylene or upholstered seat pad, and a fully upholstered version. This is an office chair specifically designed for meeting rooms and offices.

Structure

Arms and backrest supports made of injected aluminium (L-2630 UNE 38-263).
5-star injected aluminium base (L-2630 UNE 38-263).
Semi-automatic robotic steel welding with gas-controlled addition of steel wire.
Low or high backrest.
Optional steel arms.

Sustainability

Eco-designed (ISO 14006)
Solid oak wood from European forests.
Polyurethane foam free from latex and hazardous substances.
Selection of upholstery fabrics made from wool, recycled (and recyclable) fibres, or leather.
Highly recyclable PP with low additive content, according to EU recommendations for the improvement of plastic recyclability.
The number of components has been reduced, and their ease of separation has been enhanced, to make the end-of-life phase more manageable. All these components are 100% recyclable or reusable.
